Background[]
Nothing is known of Valder's early life. He is a resident of Wellspring, where he signed on to work as a for Sheriff Black.
Events of RAGE[]
In 2135, the tunnels beneath the Wellmasters are attacked by the Ghosts, a group of bandits intent on using toxin to poison the community's water supply. He leads a team of guards, including Rescoe, who join with Nicholas Raine in fighting off the bandits, though he may be killed in the fighting.
