Background[]
Nothing is known of Spector's early life. He is a resident of Wellspring, where he signed on to work as a for Sheriff Black.
Events of RAGE[]
In 2135, when Nicholas Raine first arrives in Wellspring, he can encounter Spector inside the Second Chance bar, where he will block Raine from entering. He explains that the bar isn't open to drifters, and all visitors to Wellspring must receive permission from Mayor Clayton to remain in town.
After the Mayor allows Nicholas to stay, Spector can still be found inside the Second Chance bar, though he is often asleep at his post.
When the Authority occupies Wellspring, he has mysteriously disappeared and his status is unknown. It's possible he has been detained or fled the town, as Sheriff Black is also missing.
