Background[]
Nothing is known of Solomon's early life. He is a resident of Wellspring, where he signed on to work as a for Sheriff Black.
Events of RAGE[]
In 2135, during the "Wellspring Bound" quest, he is encountered guarding the town's main gate. He tells Nicholas Raine that he should keep to himself because people in Wellspring are suspicious and distrustful of strangers. He advises Raine to seek out Mayor Clayton as soon as possible.
Afterwards he can be found at his post, guarding Wellspring's main gate.
