The Small Battery Pack is an ingredient used to create engineering items in RAGE. It can be obtained throughout the Wasteland, either as loot present in different locations including the sewers (Wasteland Sewer Missions DLC required) or a quest reward, and looted from fallen enemies. It can also be bought from vendors.
