Background[]
Nothing is known of Carl's early life. He is a resident of Wellspring and an employee at the Wellspring Speedway, signing up contestants for the races.
Events of RAGE[]
In 2135, after Nicholas Raine arrives in town, he can speak to Jackie Weeks, the speedway's announcer, who will direct Raine to speak with Slim in order to sign up for competitive races.

- Slim was voiced by American voice actor Nolan North, who also provided the voices of Jacob, Theodore, and Rikter Outrigger.
