Rikter Outrigger is a minor character featured in RAGE. He is a resident of the Outrigger Settlement.

Background[]
Little is known of Rikter's early life; he is the son of Janus Outrigger and a brother to Johan and Ramos Outrigger. He resides with his family at the Outrigger Settlement.
Events of RAGE[]
In 2135, after the Hagar Settlement is attacked by members of the Wasted Clan, Nicholas Raine is sent to retrieve medical supplies from the Outriggers on the request of Dan Hagar. Janus agrees, if Raine locates Juno Outrigger, her brother who has recently gone missing. Before Nicholas can depart, Rikter intercepts him and asks Raine to repair the radio tower located nearby after it was taken over by the Wasted. Once completed, Rikter rewards Nicholas with a Combat Shotgun.
Shortly after these events, the Outriggers decide to abandon the settlement due to rising mutant activity. Though the Outriggers are not seen or heard from again, Nicholas may encounter Rourke, a guard for their community, standing outside the settlement or in Subway Town.
