Background[]
Little is known of Ramos' early life; he is the son of Janus Outrigger and a brother to Johan and Rikter Outrigger. He resides with his family at the Outrigger Settlement.
Events of RAGE[]
In 2135, after the Hagar Settlement is attacked by members of the Wasted Clan, Nicholas Raine is sent to retrieve medical supplies from the Outriggers on the request of Dan Hagar. Janus agrees, if Raine locates Juno, a member of their community who has gone missing nearby. However, after speaking with Janus, Ramos will reveal that Juno was sent to warn neighbouring communities of rising mutant activity but was killed in the process. Ramos asks Raine to continue on to the fireworks launcher located near the Ghost Hideout.
Shortly after these events, the Outriggers decide to abandon the settlement due to rising bandit activity. They are not seen or heard from again, though Nicholas encounters Rourke later in Subway Town.
