Background[]
Based on an announcement made by Mayor Clayton, Pollard was born sometime in 2075, though nothing is known of his early life. He is a resident of Wellspring, and has been for a long time.
Events of RAGE[]
In 2135, when Nicholas Raine first arrives in Wellspring, he can find Pollard inside the Second Chance bar. Sometimes he is also seen near the water pump in the courtyard, where he collects water in a bucket. He may congratulate Raine on racing victories at the Wellspring Speedway or complain about the presence of the Authority after they occupy the town.
