Biography[]
Background[]
Nothing is known of Jacob's early life, though he mentions having a brother in a conversation with Pollard. He is a resident of Wellspring.
Events of RAGE[]
In 2135, after Nicholas Raine arrives in Wellspring, he can find Jacob inside the Second Chance bar, often alongside Dallas and Richard. They frequently complain about the Authority. He later claims that his brother was taken in for "questioning" by the Authority.
Later, after Raine has retrieved the defibrillator from the Dead City, Jacob offers the "Finding Feltrite" quest. He asks Nicholas to bring him 20 Feltrite Crystals in exchange for an upgrade for his defibrillator.
