Background[]
Little is known of Jackie's early life, though he speaks with a distinct English accent. He is a resident of Wellspring and works as the announcer for the local speedway. He can also be found outside the speedway attempting to attract spectators or new racers.
Events of RAGE[]
In 2135, when Nicholas Raine first arrives in town, Jackie is found outside the Wellspring Speedway entrance and, after greeting Raine and giving information about the races in town, directs him to Slim, who will get the player ready to race. During the "Cuprino Needed" quest, he will task the protagonist with acquiring a Sponsorship Letter from J.K. Stiles and winning the Dusty 8 Sponsored Event.
He will make several announcements and engage in dialogue with the protagonist as mentioned above, but does not have any further interactions with the protagonist after completing the Dusty 8 Sponsored Event.
