"Grab the Pulse Cannon" is a mini quest in RAGE given to the protagonist by Jack Portman in Subway Town. It is available after completing the quest "Assault the Authority Bridge".

Walkthrough[]
After you return to the local Resistance Base to complete the quest "Assault the Authority Bridge", this quest will be given to you. It is a very simple quest. Just do as it says and grab the pulse cannon.
At this point, you're likely to have scored the 3 of 3 Field Goals, collected 54 of 54 Collector Cards, performed 18 of 18 Vehicle Jumps, etc., but you're still missing one piece of a weaponry available, namely the Authority Pulse Cannon. So let Portman fill the void and accept his gift.
