Biography[]
Background[]
Nothing is known of Ginny's early life. She is a resident of Wellspring, and appears to work for Coffer as a barker, attracting customers to Outfitters, his store.
Events of RAGE[]
In 2135, when Nicholas Raine first arrives in Wellspring and meets with Mayor Clayton, he is directed to Outfitters in order to purchase a change of clothes, as Raine's Ark suit would undoubtedly attract the attention of the Authority. As Raine approaches the store, Ginny will call out to him and encourage him to purchase a new outfit as well.
Following this interaction, Ginny remains outside the store and will periodically comment on current events. She expresses clear disdain for the Authority and, like many other townsfolk, states that her hatred far outweighs the draw of the reward offered for turning in Ark survivors. Before purchasing a new outfit, she also seems to show great interest in the Raine's Ark suit, as do most of the other residents of Wellspring.
Later when Nicholas talks to her, she will state that every time the Authority comes along, people just simply vanish and disappear and indirectly tells Nicholas to watch himself.
