Background[]
Nothing is known of Finn's early life. He is a resident of Subway Town, and an employee of the Jones Construction Company.
Events of RAGE[]
In 2135, when Nicholas Raine first arrives in Subway Town, he learns that mutants have infested the nearby Blue Line Station, putting a halt to work being done on expanding into the tunnels leading to the station. Finn can be found working alongside Nelson, close to Foreman Jones.
When the Authority occupies the town, he and Nelson are forced to break into an old train car on the ground floor of the station.
He has no significant interactions with Nicholas Raine.
