The Wolfenstein room Easter egg is one of four secret areas in RAGE referencing classic first-person shooter video games made by id Software, the others being the Doom room, Quake room and the Developer Graffiti room. It is a reference to Wolfenstein 3D, one of the games that made id Software famous. It is found during the very first main storyline mission, "Quell the Bandit Threat", in the Ghost Hideout.

When Nicholas Raine gets stabbed and uses the defibrillator, continue to move on and fight the Ghosts. Soon you'll find yourself in a room overlooking the ruins down below. Turn right and to the adjacent room with some Pistol Rounds on a table and a TV set near a wall. Click on the wall (note that it doesn't appear to be clickable, and it's made that way for distraction), and it will slide, revealing the door to the hidden room.
In there is the Wolf Goblet collectible which can be sold for $150 — and that's a nice sum for the early stages of the game.
