The Evenflow 2x Boost is a vehicle upgrade featured in RAGE. After the player successfully completes the "Durar's Time Trial" challenge, it will be installed on the Dune Buster and Rat Rod[1] buggies.
The Evenflow 2x Boost upgrade provides the same boost as the regular Evenflow Boost but has twice the Boost duration. This is helpful for escaping enemy vehicles, ramming, and anything involving speed.
In Racing, this upgrade is needed to compete well against enemy racers, as they have rather well made vehicles that can defeat the player easily if they have upgraded their buggy well. The player should strongly consider acquiring this upgrade, as it will improve racing performance tremendously.
