Biography[]

Background[]

Nothing is known of Curtis' early life. He was a resident of Wellspring, where he signed on to work as a town guard for Sheriff Black.

Events of RAGE[]

In 2135, after Nicholas Raine arrives in Wellspring, he begins working for several prominent local residents, including the sheriff. After winning a Cuprino in a race at the Wellspring Speedway, the sheriff tasks Nicholas with delivering some much needed supplies to the Northern Watchtower, initiating the "Resupply the Watch Tower" quest.

When Raine arrives at the watch tower, he makes contact with Curtis who readily accepts the supplies and thanks Nick for making the journey out to him.
