Background[]
Nothing is known of Caleb's early life. He is a resident of Wellspring and a regular participant in the races held at the Wellspring Speedway.
Events of RAGE[]
In 2135, when Nicholas Raine first arrives in Wellspring, Caleb is among the first residents to greet the newcomer. He quickly directs Raine to pay a visit to Jackie Weeks if he is interested in participating the races held at the Wellspring Speedway.
After signing up for the races at the Wellspring Speedway, Caleb may be encountered on the track as a racing opponent. Outside of races, he can be found sitting atop his Dune Buster near the main gate.
