Background[]
Nothing is known of Cain's early life. He is a resident of Subway Town and appears to perform maintenance around the settlement.
Events of RAGE[]
In 2135, when Nicholas Raine first arrives in Subway Town, Cain may greet him with a friendly expression before saying that Raine will like it in their small community. He can later be found wandering around the middle level of the town, occasionally complaining about the Authority.

- Cain was voiced by American voice actor Michael Gough.
- Cain shares his character model with Austin, Dallas, Houston and Jerry, albeit with minor variations.
- Based on his clothing, it's possible that he is an employee of the Jones Construction Company.
